Job Description AECOM is seeking a proven Marketing and Communications Professional to work out of our Las Vegas, NV Office. The role leads the marketing efforts for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada’s Club Ride program. Full‑time (40 hr week) on a 4/10 schedule; Monday‑Thursday in the client’s office.

Program Information Club Ride works with business communities, regional stakeholders and residents to promote travel options that reduce traffic congestion and emissions in Southern Nevada. The program provides education, services and promotions that encourage transit, cycling, walking, carpooling and vanpooling to improve community quality of life.

Additional Job Detail The Marketing Manager oversees comprehensive Club Ride marketing, media and communications, supported by an annual marketing plan, events and promotions calendar, and a team of colleagues and subconsultants. Responsibilities include maintaining communications assets (website, social media, brand assets), overseeing paid media, print and digital collateral, and executing seven annual modal promotions.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with RTC’s Media and Marketing team to develop plans and obtain approvals.

Present communication plans and marketing strategies to RTC executive leadership; participate in leadership meetings with AECOM and GAMM.

Refresh and maintain Club Ride web pages and approved program talking points; develop biennial campaign with new graphics and theme; manage brand style guide.

Manage Club Ride social media channels; set annual KPIs for growth and engagement.

Develop content and materials to promote Club Ride’s services, including newsletters, case studies, brochures, and event materials.

Develop and maintain modal promotions (Try Transit, Bike Month, Any Trip.Any Where., Biketober); create full event plans with communications, outreach activities, creative design, goals, KPIs and promotional schedules.

Plan and conduct annual events (Star Awards luncheon, networking sessions, Chamber of Commerce Forum); develop communications plans, budgets, KPIs, agendas, invitations, and event materials; coordinate logistics and collect participant feedback.

Recommend, develop and refine tracking metrics for all marketing activities; report monthly analytics and narrative descriptions of key events.

Oversee marketing subconsultants for creative design, content creation, layout and distribution of electronic communications and event support.

Guide, mentor and oversee junior marketing team members; set expectations, monitor progress, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.

Valid US Driver’s License is required (Motor Vehicle Records review condition).

Ability to lift and carry presentation equipment up to 30 lbs.

Reliable access to a mobile cellular telephone.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.

7+ years of professional marketing and communications experience.

Experience developing and executing large‑scale community events.

Experience creating and implementing promotional campaigns that drive awareness and participation.

Experience presenting to C‑Suite and executive leadership.

Experience overseeing staff and coordinating resources.

Experience using digital communication platforms (MailChimp, SurveyMonkey).

Experience launching and managing traditional and social media strategies with performance metrics.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong project management skills.

Additional Information

Occasional travel to events throughout Las Vegas, NV.

Compensation Offered rate based on education, qualifications and experience. Salary range: $75,000 to $105,000 per year.
