Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, insights-driven Marketing Strategist to help elevate our brand, deepen client engagement, and support business growth across all channels and events. In this role, you will shape marketing initiatives that communicate our firm’s value, strengthen client trust, and reflect our commitment to exceptional wealth management to the UHNW audience.
Strategic Content Planning
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with firm goals and target audience needs.
Identify opportunities to differentiate the brand within the financial services and UHNW landscape.
Support annual marketing planning, budget recommendations, and KPI development.
Campaign Development & Management
Lead end-to-end campaign strategy for client acquisition, retention, and referrals.
Partner with corporate business partners, leadership, and internal teams to translate UHNW business objectives into clear marketing messaging.
Oversee creative development, content production, and campaign rollout across digital, print, events, and partnerships.
Content & Messaging Strategy
Craft compelling messaging frameworks that clearly articulate our value proposition, investment philosophy, and client experience.
Collaborate with writers and designers to develop content including thought leadership, email communications, social media, client stories, and educational materials.
Analytics & Insights
Track and analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and client engagement metrics to inform optimization.
Prepare reporting dashboards and insights for leadership.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide strategic decisions.
Expected salary range for this position: $65,000–$115,000, depending on experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program, which provides an opportunity to increase total compensation if business performance targets and individual goals are met.
