to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform and optimize marketing strategies. Your insights will help shape decision-making and improve the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for numbers, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., digital campaigns, social media, email, and website analytics) to track performance and identify trends. Develop and present reports that highlight
key performance indicators (KPIs) , campaign results, and opportunities for optimization. Conduct market research to understand
target audience behaviors, preferences , and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with marketing teams to design
A/B tests
and other experiments to improve campaign performance. Analyze
customer data
to identify trends in consumer behavior and recommend strategies for targeting and engagement. Provide insights and recommendations on how to optimize
marketing strategies, budgets , and campaigns to improve
return on investment (ROI) . Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between
data insights
and marketing goals. Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay updated on market conditions and adjust strategies as needed. Assist in
forecasting and budgeting
by providing data-driven insights to support marketing planning. Evaluate the effectiveness of different
marketing channels and tactics , suggesting improvements to drive growth. Salary Range:
PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month
