Job Summary The Digital Content Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate, compelling content on the division website and MLS system. This role will execute daily website updates, identify content opportunities, and participate in the creation of market‑specific content. Must work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Hourly Rate: $22.60 - $31.49 per hour. This position is non‑exempt and eligible for overtime pay for all hours worked in a workweek over forty.

Website Management

Perform content audits and execute daily updates

Community and product descriptions

Location and contact information

Inventory completion dates and pricing

Upload and maintain photos and tours

Submit troubleshooting tickets

Research sub‑markets and write content that highlights our community, homes, and the surrounding area.

Coordinate the launch of new community websites with internal teams.

Create job requests for the development of event pages, eblasts, social posts, and paid ads; assist with monitoring performance.

E‑Marketing/Digital Marketing

Execute monthly SEO updates: conduct keyword research, optimize content, monitor keyword performance, and write content for company blog.

Edit monthly digital marketing calendar in conjunction with Director of Marketing.

Review and track campaigns using web analytics to identify improvement opportunities.

Evaluate and implement improvements for a cost‑effective digital strategy.

Provide back‑up support to the internet sales team, as needed.

MLS Management

Compile listing information and input data into the MLS listing system.

Monitor construction status and update completion dates, descriptions, pricing, and photography.

Coordinate photoshoots and virtual tours with internal and external partners.

Requirements

4‑year degree suggested (required).

Basic understanding of SEO preferred.

In‑person role based at Tampa divisional office with occasional travel to community visits and promotional events.
