We are seeking a

full-time, on-site Service Advisor/Writer

to join our Milwaukee team. The Service Advisor/Writer serves as the primary liaison between our customers and the Service Department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Daily responsibilities include writing and reviewing repair estimates, scheduling maintenance services, coordinating with technicians, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and care.

Familiarity with

motorcycle maintenance, parts, and repair processes

Proficiency in software systems for documenting service orders and maintaining records

Solid

problem-solving abilities

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Experience or a genuine

interest in the motorcycle industry

is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in automotive or motorcycle service are a plus
