Our client is searching for a UX Writer to create new and better experiences across their services. In this role, you'll work on a tool that helps businesses get visibility and grow. As part of the services design org, you'll help build customer experiences for enterprise and small business customers. You'll be an advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups. You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback, and working closely with partners around the company .

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems

Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once

Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values

Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy

Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges

Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content

Requirements:

Experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer

Strong background writing for B2B, enterprise, or small-business tools

Proven ability to work within established tone, language, and design systems.

Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, marketing, and business partners.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Open to iterative feedback, edits, and stakeholder collaboration.

Strong problem-solving skills when navigating UI challenges.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
