Overview White Sox Marketing Department is looking for candidates interested in joining our gameday crew for the 2026 season. This is a part‑time/day‑of‑game position perfect for college students, recent college graduates, or anyone with a flexible schedule. You’ll represent the White Sox at home games throughout the regular season, interacting with fans to help build positive experiences.

Responsibilities

Operate numerous marketing programs at Rate Field during White Sox home games, including the Kids Club, First Game Certificate Booth, and Kids Zone attractions

Assist young fans in registration, badge creation, and distribution of monthly prizes for the White Sox Kids Club

Print customized fan “First Game” certificates

Communicate our youth programs, attractions, and logistics effectively for all fans

Operate numerous attractions in the Kids Zone including, but not limited to, batting cages, speed pitch, sprint tracks, and the mini field

Ensure the safety of all fans; effectively communicate the rules and safety protocols of all attractions

Must always maintain a guest services mindset, ensuring a positive ballpark experience for all guests

Qualifications And Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule with some weekdays, weekends, and nights required (please reference the White Sox 2026 home game schedule)

Must be willing to work at least 40 games throughout the season. Shifts can be anywhere from 3–6 hours, depending on the length of the game

Must be reliable and punctual

Must show enthusiasm, professionalism, and always maintain a positive attitude

Must be a strong, energetic communicator, comfortable working with fans of all ages
