Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The Senior Negotiator, Video Partnerships role is responsible for managing client video investments, assisting in the creation and execution of media strategies, and effectively communicating these strategies to clients. The position requires a big‑picture thinker, with a strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Become knowledgeable about the client’s business and competitors to determine advertising and media needs, and ensure plans are properly executed and delivered.
Assist in upfront negotiations and execute scatter needs.
Allocate budgets to media partners based on research and client goals.
Oversee evaluation of media plans for National TV linear and alternative video channels (OTT, cinema, online video, VOD).
Enter buys into MBOX to ensure the system reflects accurate buys and oversee discrepancy resolutions.
Develop and maintain media partner relationships; negotiate pricing that reflects efficiencies and client objectives.
Assist the manager in providing market conditions/changes and offer solutions to market problems as early as possible in the negotiation process.
Monitor network buys daily based on audience delivery data to insure delivery in flight.
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid negotiating skills and experience collaborating with Strategy and Communications Design teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Knowledge of media math.
Proficiency with MBox or an equivalent inventory management system.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ability to work as part of a team in a deadline‑driven, high‑pressure environment.
2+ years of media experience, preferably as a Partnerships Associate.
Proven problem‑solving ability.
Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills and multi‑tasking capabilities.
