We’re enhancing our marketing department’s services with comprehensive content marketing operations. Our marketing department is transforming from lead generation services to comprehensive brand marketing and content operations—and we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow alongside us.
The Opportunity This is more than a coordinator role—it's a hands‑on learning experience working directly with seasoned marketing professionals. You’ll support diverse marketing initiatives across campaigns, franchise programs, content, and internal communications while gaining exposure to multiple marketing disciplines.
Every day brings variety as you handle ad hoc needs, coordinate project logistics, organize campaign assets, do research, support vendor relationships, and keep our marketing operations running smoothly. You’ll be the reliable team member who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. This is a Remote/Hybrid position.
What You’ll Do
Support campaign execution from asset coordination to distribution scheduling.
Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers on project timelines and deliverables.
Maintain organized systems for marketing assets, templates, and resources.
Assist with content management, formatting, and distribution across platforms.
Provide franchise partners with marketing resource support and guidance.
Help with reporting by gathering data and organizing performance metrics.
Manage meeting logistics, documentation, and action‑item tracking.
Proactively identify ways to improve processes and streamline workflows.

What You’ll Bring
1‑3 years supporting marketing teams (agency or in‑house experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
Familiarity with Adobe and other design software platforms
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
Quick learner comfortable with new tools and processes.
Service‑oriented mindset with strong follow‑through.
