Healthcare Marketing/Admissions Coordinator - Long Term Care
Join our team as a Marketing/Admissions Coordinator. Grow our community and make a lasting impact. We are seeking a reliable, outgoing, and self‑motivated coordinator to help grow census and strengthen community relationships. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys working independently, and is passionate about long‑term care.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans by spending at least 24 hours per week connecting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies.
Drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on long‑term care, aging, and the benefits of our services.
Facilitate the admissions process by conducting facility tours and managing all aspects of resident admissions.
Track and report activity by submitting weekly marketing and admissions reports to leadership.
Strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare‑related admissions.
Excellent verbal, written, and public‑speaking communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to work independently and travel locally to establish community partnerships.
