The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This position is responsible for assisting with campaign execution, content creation, event coordination, and administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑orientated, and creative, with a strong interest in marketing strategy and brand communication. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members, the Marketing Assistant helps drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through effective, data‑driven marketing activities.
Base pay range
$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Location: Fort Worth, TX Responsibilities Assist in implementing marketing campaigns Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights. Coordinate marketing events and promotions, including logistics, materials, and communication. Maintain and update CRM databases, contact lists, and campaign reports. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing invoices, and maintaining marketing assets.
