Loyalty Programs & Dept Operations Manager (Marketing)
Navien, Inc. is looking for a Loyalty Programs & Department Operations Manager (Marketing) to lead integrated marketing programs and oversee departmental operations. This full‑time, mid‑senior level role is based in Irvine, CA.
Overview This leadership position requires B2B marketing experience in the plumbing, heating, HVAC, and water treatment industries. The Marketing Programs and Operations Manager will develop and manage integrated marketing programs for sustained revenue growth, and ensure the smooth administration of the growing Marketing department.
Responsibilities Marketing Programs and Event Management
Accountable for developing and administering integrated marketing programs to attain enterprise targets and revenue goals.
Manage a team of professionals to enhance performance and deliver reporting on all marketing programs.

Channel‑specific dealer programs (HVAC, water treatment, etc.)
Any future Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for sales team
Conduct analysis and deliver actionable reporting for continuous improvement.
Optimize the performance of Marketing Coordinators and support staff to execute the above listed programs and provide superior service to program participants.
Work with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, training, product development, accounting and operations to ensure success and maintain integrity of marketing programs.
Supervise support staff for corporate event planning initiatives related to marketing programs, sales activities, and other special events as assigned.
Conduct market research and maintain constant communication with the salesforce and other internal audiences to ensure alignment of current programs to business needs, and drive new programs as needed.
Maintain ownership of vendor evaluation, selection and management to support all programs.
Lead corporate and company‑wide program development initiatives in support of enterprise goals.
Marketing Logistics Management
Accountable for successful operation of the Marketing warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving of marketing collateral, branded promotional items, trade show assets and other Marketing‑related physical assets.
Manage support staff, including permanent and temporary personnel and third‑party partners to ensure warehouse/shipping operations are conducted effectively, accurately and on time.
Marketing Operations Management
Responsible for all Marketing operational and administrative activities.
Manage support staff and execute administrative responsibilities pertaining to personnel, including hiring, delegating, coaching, training, conducting performance reviews, and applying organization policy.
Train and mentor personnel to work closely with accounting regarding all Marketing credit card charges, invoices and checks.
Champion and implement project management initiatives, including digital tools (i.e., Smartsheet, CRM, etc.).
Manage support staff to ensure department budget, project scheduling and other operational tasks are performed consistently and at the highest level.
Conduct accurate budget planning and tracking for all areas of responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business, or 3 years’ similar experience.
Strong strategic and analytic skills, and ability to develop and deliver insightful reporting.
Excellent leadership, people management, verbal communication, spelling and writing skills.
Strong customer service skills and sense of responsibility and follow‑through.
Ability to handle several concurrent projects under deadline.
Ability to understand, research, write and deliver summaries on a range of business issues.
Fluency in MS Office software, particularly MS 365 and associated applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong Excel skills preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven marketing and communications experience.
Project management skills, including web‑based tools (i.e., Smartsheet, CRM).
Experience organizing and implementing marketing programs.
Pay Scale $105k - $115k (DOE) annually + eligible for an annual bonus.
