[About the Role] We are seeking a UI/UX Planner to design intuitive workflows for our AWV Home-Visit Platform, supporting scheduling and documentation for Qualified Health Professionals (QHPs) who perform in-home preventive visits.

You will translate real clinical workflows into clear, user-friendly experiences for Care Coordinators, QHPs, and internal teams.

[What You Will Do]

Design UX flows for QHP scheduling, member matching, and visit tracking

Create wireframes for the coordinator web portal & QHP tablet app

Simplify clinical assessments (HRA, PHQ-9, vitals, SDOH) into usable UI

Collaborate with QHPs, Care Coordinators, engineers, and designers

Support pilot testing and iterate based on real-world feedback

[What We’re Looking For]

2–6 years in UI/UX planning, product design, or service design

Proficient in Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD

Strong ability to simplify complex workflows

Healthcare or scheduling experience is a plus

[Position Summary: Full‑Stack Software Engineer] We are hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Backend-Focused) to join our core product development team. In this role, you will design and implement backend services, APIs, data models, and front-end components that power our AWV/HRA/RPM platform. You will work in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment and take ownership of major product features end‑to‑end.

[Responsibilities] Backend Development (Primary Focus)

Design and develop backend services using Node.js / NestJS

Build and maintain core APIs for AWV/HRA workflows, including clinical questionnaires, care plan generation, and visit documentation

Implement scalable data models for clinical forms, vitals, assessments, and audit logs

Develop and maintain logic engines for AWV workflows and eligibility checks

Integrate with EMR systems and external healthcare APIs (FHIR, HL7, etc.)

Ensure secure and compliant handling of PHI data (HIPAA aligned)

Build and optimize offline‑to‑online sync logic supporting mobile/tablet users

Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on AWS

Troubleshoot scalability, performance, and reliability issues

Support automated deployments, logging, and observability frameworks

Front‑End Development (Secondary)

Build UI components using React / Next.js

Collaborate with UI/UX planners to implement intuitive user flows

Enhance performance and usability across web and tablet environments

Support responsive design and clinical workflow optimization

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work with product managers, planners, and operations teams to define requirements

Collaborate with globally distributed engineering and business teams

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and system architecture decisions

Own features from planning through deployment and ongoing support

[Required Qualifications]

3+ years of full‑stack or backend engineering experience

Proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, React, MySQL, PostgreSQL

Experience with Redis or similar in‑memory data processing and caching technologies

Experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take ownership

Ability to iterate quickly on MVPs and production‑scale features

Self‑driven and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment

[Preferred Qualifications]

Experience building healthtech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms

Familiarity with healthcare APIs and standards (FHIR, HL7, eligibility APIs)

Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD workflows)

Experience in startup or high‑growth environments

Experience collaborating with multicultural or distributed teams

Experience supporting tablet/mobile workflows or offline‑first architecture
