Position Overview We’re seeking an Architect—licensed or actively pursuing licensure—with a minimum of 2 years of experience who wants to grow within a dynamic small firm designing impactful projects across the Mountain West. Key Responsibilities ·
Design & Documentation ·
Assist and lead portions of design from concept through construction documentation. ·
Produce high-quality drawings, details, and 3D models. ·
Maintain design intent and uphold QC10’s quality standards. ·
Project Collaboration ·
Coordinate with project architects, principals, consultants, and clients. ·
Participate in design reviews and critiques. ·
Assist with multi-disciplinary coordination. ·
Client + Stakeholder Interaction ·
Prepare and deliver presentations, visuals, and design narratives. ·
Support community engagement and client communication. ·
Technical & Professional Growth ·
Use firm-standard tools: Revit, Enscape or Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite. ·
Develop specialized expertise in key project types. ·
Progress toward licensure (AXP/ARE support encouraged).
Qualifications ·
Required ·
Must relocate to Sheridan, Wyoming. ·
Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience. ·
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture. ·
Licensed or actively pursuing architectural licensure. ·
Proficiency in Revit, Enscape or Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite. ·
Strong modeling, drawing, organizational, and communication skills. ·
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. ·
Willingness for site visits and regional travel. ·
Strong interpersonal skills ·
Experience with governmental or educational projects. ·
Familiarity with sustainable or high‑performance design.
