Senior Interior Designer

to join our Portland team and help shape the future of housing and mixed-use environments.

As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative design solutions for

housing, mixed-use, and multi-family projects . You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to bring concepts to life, ensuring every detail reflects quality, functionality, and creativity.

Responsibilities

Lead interior design efforts from concept development through construction administration.

Develop space plans, material palettes, and detailed design documentation.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all phases.

Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings.

Stay current with industry trends, sustainable practices, and building codes.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional interior design experience

in housing, mixed-use, or multi-family projects.

NCIDQ certification

or actively pursuing certification.

Proficiency in

Revit , AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Enscape or similar visualization tools is a plus.

Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction documentation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
