Job Type: Full-Time

Objective Responsible to build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market and providing prospective patients and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance to choose the nursing center.

Principal Responsibilities

Spend majority of time engaging in growing admissions.

Maintain thorough knowledge of center's products, services, capabilities and physician relations.

Take active role in morning Kick-Off Meeting.

Meet weekly with Administrator/department heads to discuss marketing issues.

Meet regularly with nursing to discuss clinical service levels.

Evaluate center physical environment through weekly rounds and discuss with Administrator.

Maintain an educated understanding of all payer sources and their impact on revenue.

Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health care or related business field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeted to physicians, hospital personnel and case managers preferred.

Proven success in personally developing referrals for a medical product from health care target markets.

Evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referrals.

Professional image in both appearance and behavior, exhibiting high self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness and a desire to succeed.

Must be a team player and have the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally.

Experience with local community groups preferred.

Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech.
