Position: Senior Marketing Science Analyst Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay range: $133,000 – $140,000 USD per year (plus performance bonus).

About the Team The Center for Data and Insights (CDI) is a centralized team of data engineering, BI, analytics, and data science experts. We inspire, support, and guide our partners to be data‑aware and build intelligent systems.

About the Role You will report to the Manager of Marketing Science and Analytics and collaborate with data engineers, campaign managers, and marketing leaders to investigate campaign trends, build business insights, and recommend proactive measures.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Branch/Adjust MMPs, direct response, media buying agencies to develop campaign measurement across TV, OOH, Digital, and Social Media.

Design and distribute analytics tools, dashboards, and presentations to client partners.

Evaluate media measurement using MMM, MTA, and Incrementality A/B testing.

Lead testing roadmaps, measurement plans, KPI & KLI reporting tied to marketing goals.

Build weekly insight decks for Marketing leadership, documenting impact of strategic projects.

Work with offshore and onsite teams, lead sprint planning and management.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data analysis, paid campaign analytics, statistics, experimentation, and optimization.

3+ years of complex SQL experience and marketing data automation.

3+ years with data visualization tools like Tableau and Superset.

Deep understanding of install and user‑level paid campaign tracking, multi‑touch attribution (UTMs, MMP).

2+ years experience in Marketing Mix Models (MMM).

2+ years experience in forecasting models, regression analysis.

Proficiency in defining critical metrics, predictive modeling, statistical and experimental design.

Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Braze, Branch, etc.).

Experience working with large datasets (terabytes, billions of records).

3+ years measuring marketing performance against LTV metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Collaborate with paid marketing teams to build weekly insight decks for leadership.

Develop measurement frameworks and KPI reporting linked to main campaigns.

Conduct testing roadmaps and program evaluation for incremental insights.

Manage sprint planning, coordinate with offshore/onsite teams.
