Strategic Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator (Panama City Campus)
Join FSU Panama City’s Office of Advancement to develop data‑informed marketing and recruitment strategies that align with enrollment goals and university brand standards.
Responsibilities
Partner with Admissions, Enrollment Management, and the Director of Advancement to design and implement recruitment‑focused marketing strategies.
Manage digital advertising campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and web‑based platforms to generate inquiries, leads, and applications.
Plan, post, and execute social media activities and student engagement initiatives under the guidance of the Public Relations, Publications, and Writing Manager.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the website manager to maintain and update recruitment‑related content on the FSU Panama City website and digital platforms.
Assist with signature recruitment events, including Preview Day, New Student Convocation, program showcases, and transfer outreach.
Work with creative staff to ensure consistent messaging and strong branding across all marketing materials.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree and two years of experience, OR a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience (combination of post‑high school education and experience equal to six years).
Preferred Qualifications
Graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with digital marketing platforms (social media management, Google Ads, analytics tools).
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret data, track ROI, and make informed recommendations.
