Looking for someone with
10+ years of architectural experience
who’s ready to own design efforts from kickoff to closeout. You’ll lead major industrial and commercial projects, apply your deep technical expertise, and bring a creative edge to solving real-world facility challenges. Bonus? You’ll mentor the next generation of designers while partnering daily with engineers and technical teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead creation of full architectural construction documents using
AutoCAD, Revit, and more
Collaborate with engineers & project teams to deliver
bid, permit, and construction packages—on time
Own code compliance (building, energy, accessibility) like a pro
Travel to client sites for fieldwork and design validation
Prepare construction specifications & support cost estimating
Manage
multiple high-impact projects
in a fast-paced environment
Mentor junior designers and help shape design standards
Support during construction with technical clarity and problem-solving finesse
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Architecture (or equivalent experience)
10+ years experience
in industrial/commercial design
Strong leadership in production and team coordination
Expert user of
AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
Deep knowledge of codes and standards
Strong communicator, highly organized, and thrives on fast-moving projects
Willing to travel and put in extra effort when projects demand it
Bonus Points
Construction observation or cost estimation experience
Industrial facility design experience
Mentorship and cross-discipline collaboration skills
