Support TCAT R&D and Marketing teams in planning and executing physician visits/training programs, managing the marketing material review process, coordinating device testing/demo needs, and maintaining marketing operation process/documentation. Ensure seamless coordination across functions, particularly with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and TIS marketing teams to deliver impactful marketing programs and processes that support TCAT business operations.

Job duties:

Build a basic understanding of assigned product lines/projects, including key features, clinical applications, competitive positioning, and physician use cases.

Work closely with internal/external cross‑functional teams to develop and manage physician visit programs, acting as the primary point of contact from program design and planning to execution and delivery.

Serve as a liaison to create and maintain a physician consultant database to meet the needs of R&D prototype evaluations.

Manage the internal review and approval process for marketing collateral, including creating a requirement checklist, previewing materials, and tracking progress with reviewers to ensure timely approval.

Coordinate device testing for marketing/promotion purposes and logistical arrangements for product demo/shipping.

Standardize marketing operation processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Create and maintain marketing operation documentation/tool for the marketing deliverables within the product development control process.

Comply with applicable laws and regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements, and demonstrate ethics and integrity in all matters throughout the organization.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$83,171 - $109,161. Financial compensation packages may be higher or lower than what is listed and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum five (5) years of professional experience with marketing communications, marketing operations, or commercial support.

Experience in the healthcare, biotech, or medical device industry.

Strong project coordination and written and verbal communication skills; experience working with cross‑functional teams.

Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of medtech products, clinical workflows, or physician specialties.

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Experience supporting physician programs, clinical education, or R&D.

Experience in marketing operation process standardization and improvement.

Experience in the endovascular device industry.
