Compensation Overview Annual base salary range:

$81,500 – $134,500 . Performance‑based cash incentive awards may also apply.

Opportunity As a Learning Designer will create, develop, and deliver diverse learning solutions (e‑learning, instructor‑led, blended, job aids) that enable employees to master their roles. You will manage the full project lifecycle, collaborate with business partners, and utilize technology to enhance learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Conduct gap/needs analysis and recommend actionable learning solutions.

Define learning strategies and approaches for assigned projects.

Develop project plans, schedules, and milestone dates; manage work through the lifecycle.

Design and develop complex learning solutions aligned with business and learner needs.

Explore and lead the adoption of new technologies; act as internal lead for specific technology tools.

Design and recommend measurement tools; monitor feedback, evaluate impact, and communicate results to partners.

Reduce resource requirements without compromising quality or effectiveness.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning & development, learning technologies, or comparable field.

Three years of experience applying adult learning and design best practices to develop engaging resources.

Proficiency with MS Office and rapid‑development authoring tools.

Experience with an LMS, LXP, DAP, and LRS.

Knowledge of incorporating multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics).

Experience in project management tools and techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

Ability to self‑review and meet rigorous quality standards.

Demonstrated focus on continuous self‑learning and exploration of new trends in talent development.

Must Have

Two years of experience in instructional design, curriculum design, learning technologies, adult learning, or a business‑related field.
