Role Overview AccessFintech is transforming post‑trade operations through collaboration, transparency, and data‑driven insights. The Marketing Lead will play a critical role in driving growth across our ecosystem by leading demand generation, product marketing, and event marketing activities that strengthen our brand and accelerate adoption across the buy‑side, sell‑side, and custodian communities. This person will own the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and messaging that showcase the value of the AccessFintech Synergy Network and its core solutions – Securities, Private Markets (Loans), and Derivatives (Swaps) and the Direct Data Platform.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Client Success teams, the Marketing Lead will ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Lead demand generation and campaign management across multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, partner co‑marketing) to build awareness and generate qualified pipeline.
Design targeted account‑based marketing programs to deepen engagement with priority clients and prospects.
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to manage lead scoring, routing, and reporting through Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
Track and analyze performance metrics (MQLs, conversion, ROI) to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
Support creation of sales enablement materials for regional and product‑specific campaigns.
Own planning, coordination, and execution of AccessFintech‑hosted and sponsored events, including industry conferences, roundtables, webinars, and client receptions.
Build annual event strategy and calendar aligned to GTM priorities and pipeline goals.
Partner with Product and Sales to create event narratives, presentations, demos, and panel content that highlight innovation and client success.
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and lead‑capture processes to ensure flawless execution and post‑event follow‑up.
Track event ROI and report outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring leads and opportunities are accurately captured and nurtured.
Develop and maintain clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for AccessFintech’s core solutions.
Create compelling sales and client‑facing collateral including product one‑pagers, case studies, executive‑level presentations, and internal education materials.
Collaborate with Product Management to translate complex capabilities into simple, value‑driven narratives.
Maintain competitor intelligence and market trend analysis to inform GTM strategy and pricing.
Support new product and feature launches with coordinated go‑to‑market campaigns and communications.
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels, collateral, and digital platforms.
Manage a content calendar to produce thought leadership, blogs, client success stories, and social media content that amplifies AccessFintech’s voice in the market.
Collaborate with leadership on media, PR, and analyst outreach to increase visibility and strengthen AccessFintech’s market position.
Maintain internal content repositories and ensure sales and client teams have access to current, compliant, and approved materials, including standard templates for client materials.
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and sales coverage plans.
Work with Product and Account Management teams to highlight customer success stories and measurable outcomes from the Synergy Network.
Collaborate with partner firms on co‑branded campaigns and events.
Contribute to the development of scalable marketing processes, tracking, and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
Proven track record in demand generation, event management, and product marketing.
Strong understanding of the post‑trade ecosystem and buy‑side/sell‑side workflows.
Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft concise, impactful messaging.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent programs.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global environment.
