We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist
to join our team and become the operational right hand of our Marketing Manager. This role requires a strong executor with a broad marketing background, hands‑on digital experience, and outstanding organizational skills. You’ll be essential in turning strategy into action, coordinating projects, managing freelancers, executing campaigns, and ensuring deadlines and details are never missed.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Marketing Execution & Operations
Marketing Strategy: Help the Marketing Director develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the three companies, prioritizing each brand's positioning and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Execute and follow up on marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
Coordinate campaigns end‑to‑end: from asset creation and approvals to launch and performance reporting
Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables stay on track
Organize and brief external collaborators (designers, content creators, freelancers)
Assist in producing presentations, brochures, reports, and marketing collateral
Maintain and update campaign calendars, asset libraries, and documentation
Digital Marketing & Tools
Support digital campaign setup on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Google Ads
Build and optimize landing pages and workflows (using WordPress, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar)
Manage email marketing, lead nurturing flows, and automation tasks
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
Maintain CRM data and campaign tagging to ensure visibility and traceability
Cross‑functional Support
Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Events, HR) to align marketing operations with business needs
Support the preparation and promotion of internal and client‑facing events
Help ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing assets
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to track progress toward goals and improve internal processes
Background & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Highly proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, capable of fostering a constructive work environment.
Proven experience in B2B strategies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, maintaining high levels of productivity and focus.
Flexible and capable of adjusting to rapidly changing needs, business requirements, and market conditions
Advanced English; other languages are a plus.
