Description:
The Coordinator, Video Production & Post-Production supports the execution of video capture and editing across multiple channels. This role focuses primarily on short-form and ambient motion for digital platforms such as site and social media but may contribute to other video projects as assigned. Reporting to the Manager, Video Production & Post-Production, this individual will ensure all video projects are executed efficiently, creatively, and at the highest quality possible.
Responsibilities:
- Execute video capture and post-production work for various marketing and digital campaigns.
- Manage creative assets, project files, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Provide technical and creative recommendations for filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Lead on-site video capture for short-form content using strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio.
- Edit and assemble video content for multiple platforms, integrating footage from internal and external sources.
- Apply expertise in editing, color grading, and motion graphics for high-quality visual results.
- Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure standards and deadlines are met.
- Package, release, and archive all final deliverables according to brand and file management guidelines.
- Maintain organized metadata and tagging for all assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Broadcast, Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in video production or a related creative environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite required
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve and RED camera systems a plus.
- Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and color correction preferred.
- Technical understanding of video workflows and asset management systems.
