Responsibilities
Produce original CAD artwork following guidance and specified color schemes.
Modify existing artwork from licensed partners, factories, purchased artwork, and senior team contributions.
Familiarize yourself with construction limitations and possibilities to inform CADs.
Participate in weekly product reviews and style‑out meetings.
Track sample shipments and manage collection documents.
Adapt and learn on the go to meet project demands.
Collaborate with others to produce CAD designs and gain insight into development cycles.
Qualifications
Degree in Textile Design or weaving with passion for area rugs and soft home items.
Portfolio demonstrating current or prior design work.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects.
Detail‑oriented and self‑disciplined.
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with limited guidance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, or related field.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; thorough knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Prior experience using NedGraphics (preferred but not required).
