The Role, In Brief
We are seeking an Executive Integrated Producer who is a dynamic visionary, helping ideas come to life. The role oversees production processes of advertising campaigns from inception to completion, collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure successful execution within budget and on schedule. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments are essential.
Financial Management and Reporting
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns, including print, digital, video, and audio projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with account managers and creative teams.
- Coordinate with clients to understand objectives, timelines and budget constraints.
Vendor Management
- Source and negotiate contracts with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, directors and production companies.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for location shoots and other production activities.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within approved limits.
- Track project expenses, reconcile invoices, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and negotiate favorable rates with vendors and suppliers.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards and scripts aligned with client objectives.
- Provide input on production feasibility, technical requirements and budget considerations during development.
- Facilitate communication and feedback between creative teams, clients and production partners.
Quality Assurance
- Oversee all aspects of production to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets, including proofs, rough cuts and final drafts to identify and address issues.
- Implement quality control measures to minimise errors and maintain consistency across deliverables and platforms.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and obstacles impacting project timelines or deliverables.
- Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues as they arise.
Post‑Production Management
- Coordinate post‑production activities, including editing, sound design, visual effects and colour correction.
- Review and approve final deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Oversee distribution and delivery of advertising assets to appropriate channels and platforms.
Business Development for Hall Pass Productions
- Intentional outreach to business partners and new client prospects; create a prospective client list and outreach plan.
- Meet and greet prospective clients – share capability deck and latest work.
- Serve as brand ambassador for Hall Pass Productions.
- Attend industry events and continuously seek new ways to scale and sell capabilities.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Film or a related field.
- 5+ years of film experience.
- Previous experience in advertising production, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Deep connections with vendors in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ClickUp.
- Knowledge of industry trends, production techniques and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing.
- Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Schedule and Location
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Remote work available Tuesdays and Fridays. This role is based in our Denver, CO office.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000.
