Responsibilities 1. Optimize 3D production processes based on project needs.
2. Provide training on 3D art tools, techniques, and workflows.
3. Assist art directors in risk assessment and workflow optimization.
4. Support project teams in implementing technical solutions.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues in the project.
Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Digital Media, or related fields. Strong written and verbal Chinese communication skills.
2. Passion for the gaming industry, with extensive gaming experience and solid artistic fundamentals.
3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python).
4. Proficiency in at least one shader language (e.g., Cg, GLSL, HLSL).
5. Experience with a commercial game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal).
6. Familiarity with the 3D art pipeline (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, VFX, UI, level design).
7. Knowledge of common art tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max) and basic skills in modeling, texturing, and animation.
8. Strong communication, initiative, learning ability, and teamwork skills.
Additional Notes The Art Camp will commence in the summer of 2025.
