Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high‑standard service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers, welcome them on counter and via traffic‑stopping.
- Identify and understand customers’ needs.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers and complementary products within and across categories.
- Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
- Achieve retail sales targets (in‑store and remote) and contribute to monthly retail KPIs.
- Master brand, category, and competition knowledge.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with existing clients through personalized in‑store and remote engagement.
- Attract new clients by fostering genuine and meaningful interactions.
- Execute CRM and clienteling activities, including accurate data capture in designated systems.
- Participate in retailer training programs to support team development and encourage the utilization of retailer resources.
- Leverage Dior’s digital resources and tools (Dior Connect iPOS) to maximize traffic and enhance client loyalty.
- Implement and maintain merchandising guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor event stock levels and report deficiencies to maintain optimal inventory.
- Collaborate with field and visual merchandising teams to ensure accuracy of in‑store campaigns.
- Complete all operational and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with retail partners.
- Adhere to all corporate and counter policies and uphold Dior’s grooming standards.
- Provide expert makeup consultations (online and offline), offering personalized color advice and creative, on‑trend, and customized makeup services.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to all field‑based roles, enhancing their makeup application and sales techniques.
- Participate in public relations activities, including fashion shows and photoshoots.
- Lead and execute high‑profile makeup artistry events.
- Support educational initiatives by reinforcing training modules and providing in‑store follow‑up.
- Create engaging content for Dior’s digital platforms, including filming for social media channels.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in makeup artistry and brand representation.
- Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive makeup artistry experience, demonstrating mastery of techniques and styles.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain a strong social media presence, engaging diverse audiences and driving brand awareness.
- Significant backstage and editorial experience.
- Exceptional sales and client engagement skills in a luxury environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
- In‑depth knowledge of beauty and fragrance products with exceptional application skills.
- Mastery of social media platforms and ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content, including posts and basic graphics.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
