We are a Control4 and Lutron dealer. Job Summary: Works with other installers and independently to complete installs and service calls. Good time management skills. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork. Responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance. Provides good customer service. Key Job Responsibilities: Install and service residential and commercial audio/video/alarm systems. Install home control and automation systems. Possess Control4 knowledge and/or certification. Install and program Lutron lighting control and motorized window treatment systems. Set up wired and wireless network systems. Install and maintain camera surveillance systems, including network and digital video recorders. Program single-room and multi-room setups. Design and program security systems. Complete daily documentation and job status reports neatly and clearly. Manage equipment racks with proper techniques for placement, wire management, ventilation, and power distribution. Complete Alarm.com Academy within 6 months of hire. Complete ProSource University within the first year of employment. Technical Qualifications: Hands-on knowledge of audio/video equipment and low voltage electronics. Practical installation and troubleshooting experience with alarm systems. Understanding of residential network technologies. Non-Technical Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
