- Starting salary: $45,000-55,000, non-exempt

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate organization’s social media under the direction of our leadership team and other appointed advocates
- Ensure consistent branding of organization’s promotional materials
- Facilitate updates to marketing materials as needed
- Ensure organization’s mission and culture are captured in all communication
- Facilitate testimonials and interviews as needed
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of materials
- Design reports, brochures, graphics and other materials in accordance with branding guidelines
- Facilitate organization’s website under the direction of our leadership team and other appointed advocates
- Assist with communication and branding for organization’s recruitment, both for employees and services.
- Assist with marketing and facilitating organization events and large meetings
- Assist with fundraising, community outreach and job fairs as needed
- Assist with design for organization’s apparel and other branded items
- Assist with staff headshots
- Assist with any public news stories or other publications involving the organization
- Assist with creation of presentations as needed
- Organize all organization media and ensure proper releases for use are maintained
- Develop reports periodically for key metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies
- Ensure appropriate language and integrity of special needs population
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and disclosure statement regarding criminal record signed by applicant
- Provide three (3) references (forms provided)
- Knowledge, skills and experience sufficient to carry out the requirements of the position
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Project Management Skills and creativity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and digital marketing tools
Physical Demands:
This position requires a combination of routine administrative activity and occasional physical tasks. Employees must be able to:
- Sit, communicate, and remain attentive to surroundings for extended periods
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, or reach as part of daily responsibilities
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds when assisting consumers with mobility, transfers, equipment, or program materials
- Push or move items up to 50 pounds, such as wheelchairs, furniture, or supplies
- Maintain adequate vision (close, distance, and peripheral) to complete job-related tasks safely and effectively
