About the Role
Staff Content Designer – you will own the content strategy, design, formatting, and voice of our in‑app experiences across the product suite.
What You'll Do
Concept, design and ship content across the product suite, prioritizing key business areas.
Create consistency in tone, experience, and readability of all in‑app content.
Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and producers to bring creative ideas to life.
Help define and document our content strategy and principles for in‑app experiences.
Work with cross‑functional teams to launch exceptional content.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in content design.
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, design systems, Pencil/Cursor).
Strong grasp of timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
Excellent design sensibility, able to build from existing systems or create new ones.
A portfolio showcasing a range of content design in beautiful products.
Ability to take projects from concept through delivery with precision and creativity.
A collaborative, curious mindset and a drive to push the work beyond the expected.

Compensation
Base Pay: $148,200–$205,000 USD. Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay. Your recruiter will share details as you advance in the process.
