As a key member of the Creative Strategy and Brand Management team, the ideal candidate will bring a passion for design and a deep commitment to supporting higher education and the next generation of innovators. **Key Attributes:*** Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and expertise in design principles.* Understanding of print production processes, including pre-press preparation, color management, file setup and material selection is beneficial but not required.* A passion for higher education and a deep appreciation for the role it plays in shaping the future of innovation and technology.* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and take direction.* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work on time and within deadlines.* A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine excitement to contribute to a university that is shaping the future of aviation, aerospace and beyond.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate across multiple teams to understand client needs and develop creative solutions that effectively address those requirements.* Ensure that all design work is consistent with the university's creative strategy, brand identity and enhances the institution's visual presence across all platforms.* Develop and deliver innovative design concepts that align with the university's strategic goals by creating engaging materials tailored to diverse audiences.* Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, collaborate on ideas and be a mentor to other members of the team.* Ability to independently manage an assignment or complex project from concept through to design and final production and implementation.**Required application materials:**A portfolio submission is required for consideration.
