Are you a creative designer with an eye for detail and a passion for bringing ideas to life? Join the Norman Piette Group’s Marketing Team and play a key role in shaping the look and feel of five trusted local brands across the Channel Islands – Norman Piette, Annandale, Blanchard, Project Hire & Sale, and Quantum Building Supplies.

About the Role

We’relooking for a talented Midweight Designer to create engaging, on-brand designs across both digital and print platforms. Working within our in-house marketing team,you’llproduce everything from social media graphics and brochures to in-store signage, adverts, and event materials.

This is a hands-on, creative role whereyou’llsee your work make a visible impact across the islands.You’llhave the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape campaigns, and helpmaintaina strong and consistent visual identity across all Group companies.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce marketing materials including posters, flyers, web banners, press adverts, and social media content.
• Create artwork for in-store displays, signage, and POS.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and team to deliver high-quality creative across campaigns and internal projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers whererequired.
• Support internal communications and HR initiatives with creative design materials.
• Contribute innovative ideas and fresh thinking to strengthen our visual identity.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a design role, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite .
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand application.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to working within a small team.
• A passion for creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
