Sign and Graphics Operations Manager Arizona Custom Signworks is a family‑owned full‑service signage and graphics company in North Phoenix, AZ with a new location and brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art equipment. We are seeking an experienced sign maker to be our Signage and Graphics Operations Manager. Design and create custom signage and graphics using various substrates such as wood, metal, plastic, acrylic and vinyl. Operate sign‑making equipment including an HP700 latex printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator. Prepare surfaces for application of graphics and signage. Install signage and graphics at client locations while ensuring proper alignment and attachment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to enhance skills and service offerings. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a professional sign maker in design, production and installation. MUST HAVE expertise using Adobe Design Tool Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). MUST HAVE expertise with RIP software. MUST HAVE expertise operating a wide format printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator. Color management and color matching. Vehicle and fleet graphic and wrap installation. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork. Certified Installation professional (3m, Avery, etc.) is a strong advantage.
