Through tip-driven and enterprise investigations, 4 Investigates exposed corruption among elected leaders. CBS 4’s overall station brand is “in-depth, investigative.” This MMJ will work with our Investigative Producer on short- and long-term investigations, pursue follow-up reports, break investigative angles when a major news story arises, and work on specific investigative beats. The team also consistently tackles incoming tips, uncovers problems, and holds those responsible accountable.REQUIREMENTS:* Candidates should know the basics of data analysis, public information requests, backgrounding, interviewing subjects/sources, digital storytelling, and shooting/editing video.* They should also be open to collaboration with an entire team of investigators.* Meet deadlines.* Candidates must have excellent reading, writing, spelling, grammar, and organizational skills.* Proficient at digital video editing.* Confident at ad-libing presentations without the aid of scripts and/or teleprompters.* Possesses exceptional research skills.* Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred* Flexibility to work any shift* Valid driver’s license with a good driving record* #Ll Onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
