This position reports to the Associate Director for Public Services.**Job Responsibilites:*****Faculty Services*** The librarian performs the following faculty services: coordinates the faculty liaison program, serves as a faculty liaison, and provides expertise in supporting and promoting scholarship. (25%)***Reference and Research*** The librarian serves as a member of the general reference team which includes: staffing the Reference Desk and creating library publications including library news, research guides, bibliographies and video tutorials. (25%)***Collection Development and Maintenance*** The librarian evaluates electronic and print resources and participates in other collection maintenance responsibilities. (15%)***Teaching and Training*** The librarian teaches 3-4 credit hours of legal research courses and develops and delivers informal and formal legal research training. (20%)***Professional Service*** Actively participates in local, state, and national law library, library and legal organizations and associations. Write and/or present for law and library related publications and associations. (10%)***General*** Performs other duties as assigned.
