Job Description
FOX News Sunday is looking for a seasoned television Producer who has a strong background in writing, producing, and creating television news content. You must have exceptional editorial judgment, the ability to develop and present ideas for weekly segments, and an in-depth understanding of national politics. The Producer will handle multiple tasks simultaneously while working under tight deadlines and during breaking news coverage.
Must be available to work a Wednesday—Sunday shift.Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and prioritize daily, especially in breaking news situations.
- Develop and produce compelling feature segments.
- Manage the production of live segments, coordinating efforts within our bureau and on location.
- Collaborate with legal teams on rights, clearances, and content licensing matters.
- Generate original content ideas and write scripts.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of political reporting in a broadcast, print, or digital work environment.
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to coordinate logistics effectively.
- Interest and knowledge of national politics.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to pitch and produce compelling, newsworthy profiles.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience with digital tape workflows and graphics production.
- Flexibility to work various shifts when needed, and willingness to travel when necessary.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $83,000.00–$94,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union‑represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
