We are seeking a sales-driven, Studio Associate in our LA Studio to play a critical role in delivering a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. What You’ll Do: Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging studio experience Guide clients through our product offerings and customization options Assist team with meeting and exceeding sales goals in a team selling environment. Work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms. Assist with day-to-day studio operations and upkeep Requirements: Experience in a sales environment, preferably in furniture/home décor. Demonstrated affinity for people and creating a memorable customer experience. Proven capability in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
