Overview

We are seeking a talented AI UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for applications that leverage artificial intelligence. The role involves understanding user needs, designing workflow prototypes, and collaborating with developers to enhance user experience through data-driven design strategies.

Responsibilities

• Document design decisions and rationales for team knowledge sharing
• Balance aesthetic considerations with AI functionality requirements
• Integrate AI-generated design elements into cohesive user experiences
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and AI technologies
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure effective implementation of designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements
• Design user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven applications

Minimum Requirements

• Understanding of basic AI concepts and their implications for UX
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes
• Experience designing for AI-powered applications or features
• Proficient in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of how to effectively integrate AI capabilities into user workflows
• Background in designing for music applications or entertainment platforms
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools for design purposes
