Visual Solution Analyst page is loaded## Visual Solution Analystlocations: MGM Cotaitime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: M22384We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China.我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。Responsibilities:* Lead the setup, operation, and monitoring of advanced video systems including routers, switchers, encoders, and signal processors.* Supervise and mentor junior video operators and technical staff.* Operate and manage digital signage software and hardware systems.* Perform routine checks and maintenance on video equipment.* Troubleshoot and resolve video signal issues in real-time, and resolve technical issues related to digital signage systems* Providing technical solutions, well planning and executing to satisfy user requirements.* Collaborate with marketing, communications, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.* Manage video system upgrades, configuration changes, and documentation.Requirements:* Minimum 5 years of experience in video system operations or broadcast engineering.* Proven experience in video and digital signage operations.* Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and signal flow.* Familiarity with video routing systems (e.g., Analogy Way, Grass Valley, Blackmagic).* Familiarity with digital signage systems.* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production needs.* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.* Degree or certification in Broadcast Technology, Media Production, or related field is preferred.* Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, with basic skills in written and verbal English communication.* Good with general hand tools for operations and repairs, basic / general knowledge regarding signal flow, hardware installation practices, and general computer knowledge.* Experience with IP-based video systems and streaming technologies preferred.* With knowledge of video editing software and media asset management preferred.* Duties will require working on shift including evening and overnight, and public holidays.locations: MGM Cotaitime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Today #J-18808-Ljbffr
