As a Service Writer at Sonju, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and have a positive experience every time they visit our dealership. As a Service Writer, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are in need of automotive service or repairs. You will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and documenting their vehicle issues. You will then communicate this information to our service technicians, ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and accurately.
