Overview Majic Productions is a sound, video, and lighting production company that specializes in creative and custom events and systems integration. Our systems integration team designs, installs, and supports technology systems that combine sound, video, lighting, and control components into one cohesive solution. They create customized setups for spaces such as conference rooms, churches, and auditoriums. Responsibilities Respond to daily support tickets via phone or email Provide on-site support and service as necessary to ensure client satisfaction Ability to understand various installed audiovisual systems Ability to troubleshoot and verify systems functionality Provide daily service reports to Director of Systems Integration Provide additional on-site installation assistance as needed Provide installation preparation assistance as needed Build equipment racks, lace cabling and program equipment as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years of working in commercial audiovisual installation field Familiarity with audio, video lighting and control systems Ability to read and understand drawings including architectural plans, electrical drawings and low voltage schematics Basic construction knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Work at heights on ladders, lifts and attic spaces Physical stamina to work in difficult positions and areas Ability to travel for service calls across USA and abroad Possess a current driver’s license Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Events Services Milwaukee, WI $70,000.00-$120,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
