Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) – Orangetheory Fitness Base pay: $18.00/hr – $18.00/hr. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to improve themselves and their careers. Responsibilities Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros). Managing front desk duties, including answering phones and interacting with members. Giving studio tours. Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout. Selling memberships to help the studio thrive. Following up with prospective clients. Handling members’ concerns professionally and objectively with a goal of resolution. Participating in marketing and outreach events. Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
