Grant Writing and Statistics Keeper VISTA will build the capacity of TPMG by developing a strategy to collect important statistics that evidence the effectiveness of the organization and write proposals for grants using the information gathered from this data. This project will increase the number of community members benefiting annually by increasing our funds and resources, which will help us become more financially sustainable.
Responsibilities
Create Statistics Report on TPMG's impact.
Collect and analyze data on TPMG's programs impact over the past year.
Develop comprehensive statistics reports highlighting achievements and outcomes.
Present findings in a clear format to be used in marketing, fundraising, and reporting.
Submit proposals or letters of intention for grants.
Identify potential grant opportunities that align with TPMG's mission and needs in collaboration with TPMG Fundraising Team.
Identify companies or organizations that might be interested in funding TPMG efforts.
Prepare and submit at least 10 grant proposals within the service term.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure proposals are compelling.
Evaluate and improve the statistics collection system.
Identify areas for improvement and develop new methods or tools to enhance data collection and analysis.
Train staff and volunteers on the improved statistics collection system to ensure consistent and accurate data gathering.
