Key Responsibilities Carefully pack client's personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory items. Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage. Assist with restoration activities such as water extraction, fire damage repair, setting up specialty equipment, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies. Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment needs to supervisors. Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process. Position Requirements Valid driver’s license Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is preferred IICRC certification is a plus but not required Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying Ability to work with cleaning agents Each SERVPRO Franchise is independently owned and operated.
