Base Pay Range $90,000.00 – $117,000.00 /yr
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or interior design
Advanced Revit proficiency
Intermediate level rendering software proficiency (Enscape, Lumion, or other)
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
Intermediate proficiency in Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Working knowledge of building codes
Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Procore
Advanced proficiency in assembly of construction documents
Advanced knowledge of space planning if applicable
Advanced knowledge of furnishings and finishes if applicable
Responsibilities
Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute assigned tasks within set deadlines (3+ projects at any given time).
Communicates clearly with managing team members.
Demonstrates advanced technical intelligence in practicing area of architecture and/or interior design.
Demonstrates clear understanding of all project phases and sequencing.
Contributes to and manages project scheduling/resource planning, staffing, budgeting, set up, close out, and profitability.
Contributes to writing and review of proposals.
Supports OTJ and consultant invoicing and collections.
May oversee all design and drawings, develop space plans, site surveys, and related documentation. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in assembly of construction.
May lead selection of finishes and fixtures.
Effectively researches and problem solves to coordinate development of code‑compliant designs.
Leads consultant coordination in conjunction with senior architect(s).
Actively leads and mentors junior teammates across multiple projects in any phase.
Collaborates effectively with all departments.
Assists with leadership of Studio.
