As a passionate, fun and dedicated Floor Supervisor, you are an important part of the store leadership team, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement through sales results and supervising the store team. You assist in coaching and supervision of the store team, while emulating a best-in-class customer experience. Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates and the in-store experience.
