By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**Leads the communication strategy crafting and campaign development for an assigned business/businesses within an identified consumer brand, guided by keen understanding of the consumer behavior, the cultural context, the category landscape, the channel mix, and the businesses’ product portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market approach.

Oversees an internal/external channels/media and creative team to assemble a communications go-to-market plan to launch new products, devices, services, or branded experience for their assigned business/businesses; manages the project deliverables and stewards the campaigns to launch and monitoring. Reports to one of the Communications Design Lead.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Carries the view for all campaigns planned for their assigned business or businesses within the quarter, semester, or year - ensuring alignment with Globe / non-Globe masterbrand equity-building initiatives.* Diligently tracks the progress and/or success of the campaign metrics in relation to the identified business objectives, brand propositions, and/or marketing KPIs to ensure cohesive and impactful results.* Understands the Globe masterbrand –

target audience segments, attributes and equity, branding identity, and assets; is able to guide and align segment campaign design.* Guides a team of channels/media/social and creatives, whether internal and external, to design, build, and launch business-targeted campaigns that show deep insight (consumer/culture/category/product) leading to a well-thought-out role of the brand; that use the ideal communication channel mix given the audience; that accurately express the campaign intent across creative formats or executions; that comply with pre-set rules, guidelines and approval SLA for ASC, DTI, and relevant external partner or, agencies;

and which can be properly measured against identified brand health attributes.* Monitors and ensures delivery of all partner agency output and irons out contractual and administrative requirements to ensure smooth operation.**REQUIREMENTS:*** At least 5 years work experience in marketing, communications, media or related discipline* Expert in Communications Strategy building* Working knowledge of branding principles, marketing tools and techniques* Working knowledge of insighting and analysis* Basic understanding of media and channels within campaign context* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field**Equal Opportunity Employer**
