Job Summary The Content Creator & Curator develops

engaging digital learning, training, and communication materials

that drive adoption of Microsoft 365 across the organization. This role blends creative design, video editing, and instructional content development with internal marketing and SharePoint support to enhance the employee digital learning experience.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Curation

Edit, design, and assist in producing short‑form training videos using

Camtasia or Clipchamp .

Create visually compelling graphics and infographics using

Photoshop and/or Illustrator

for internal campaigns, presentations, and communication materials.

Curate internal/external learning resources for platforms such as

BrainStorm

and

SharePoint .

Internal Marketing & Communications

Draft, edit, and design internal messaging, branded decks, email campaigns, and communication materials.

Script or edit scripts for training videos.

Write copy for newsletters, announcements, learning portals, and internal marketing initiatives.

Ensure messaging aligns with organizational tone, branding, and goals.

SharePoint Expertise

Support the management of internal Modern SharePoint sites, including backend features (permissions, lists, libraries).

Assist in designing and maintaining

user‑friendly SharePoint pages

with modern web parts and branding.

Technology Training & Adoption

Support live and asynchronous training efforts for Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).

Develop or edit quick reference guides, tip sheets, and self‑service learning content.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or internal communications.

Advanced experience with

Camtasia or Clipchamp

(video editing).

Advanced experience with

Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator

(graphic design).

Strong writing and editing skills for multiple audiences and communication formats.

Intermediate to advanced

SharePoint

experience (permissions, page design, site management).

Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and digital collaboration practices.

Experience working in corporate or cross‑functional team environments.

Nice‑to‑Have Experience

Experience with BrainStorm or similar learning platforms.

Experience supporting technology adoption/change management programs.

Required Skills
