We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to create user‑centric experiences, making deliberate design decisions that translate concepts and user stories into developer‑ready solutions that customers love.

Key responsibilities
Build
no‑code prototypes
to present ideas to stakeholders and test with end users
Recruit users, conduct usability tests, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
Develop and maintain a
design system
to ensure consistency across a suite of products
Track and analyze how well the product meets user needs and preferences over time
Identify and recommend opportunities for product improvements
Facilitate and support
ideation workshops
to generate and refine ideas
Present design concepts and solutions to cross‑functional teams and leadership
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure alignment and clear communication
Assist engineers throughout the implementation process to ensure design fidelity

Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into measurable design actions
A well‑rounded portfolio showcasing an understanding of user needs, business goals, and the impact of UX/UI design
Effective communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences
